  • Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts – 3 years: Agency needs assessment, Records Schedule and Files Plans development, records disposition, and records training program. Operation of RMA.


  • Federal Trade Commission – 5 years: records inventory, disposition, and management; study for enterprise electronic records system; Records Management Application (RMA) vendor analysis, Shared Network Space Development, records center management, File Plan and Records Schedule update.


  • National Science Foundation: gap analysis for ERMS; evaluation and test of RMA’s cost/benefit analyses for selection of best-fit RMA solution.

  • U.S. Access Board – 7th year: Agency assessment, Strategic Plan to achieve Federal Compliance, records inventory, File Plans, Records Schedules, records disposition, policies & training; e-Records system implementation and deployment, procedures, e-mail policy, Vital Records Plan, etc. We are currently deploying a certified electronic records management system.


  • U.S. Agency for International Development – 8 years: inventory of 18,000 c.f. of records, 45% reduction of holdings, Files Plans, Records Schedules, management of records vault, FOIA and declassification support, RM Manual and training.


  • U.S. Department of Agriculture – 5 years: complete records inventory and disposition for 6 offices/ agencies, Records Schedule update, Records Management Manual and training program.

  • U.S. Department of Commerce – 9 years: records inventory, disposition, operation of RMA.


  • U.S. Department of Defense/OSD: Agency assessment and inventory, File Plans, development of a Strategic Plan to achieve Federal compliance.


  • U.S. Department of Energy – 3 years: complete life-cycle records disposition and management.


  • U.S. Department of Energy/MSA – 1st year: support a compliant, cost-effective, customer service oriented records management program that meets the records requirements in accordance with DOE directives and NARA regulations; provides advice and assistance on records inventorying and scheduling; provide support for 11 million electronic records with a growth rate of approximately 800K per year; operates six electronic records systems; oversee the Vital records program; operate a records holding area and provide liaison with the Federal Records Center; scan and index records; and perform all work in accordance with the quality program and quality assurance processes and procedures. We reduce records holdings by creating “Virtual Boxes” by scanning and creating “boxes” of electronic records.


  • U.S. Department of Health and Human Services/NIH/NCI – 14 years (on-going): for 3 separate offices, records assessment and reduction; creation and implementation of centralized filing, interface with medical/technology personnel regarding need to retain records for patents and transfers, etc.


  • U.S. Department of Homeland Security/TSA – 1st year: office-wide assessment, Strategic Plan to achieve Federal Compliance, records inventory, File Plans, Records Schedules, directives and policies development, Records Management Handbook, SOPs, RLO Guide and training program.


  • U.S. Department of Justice – 8 years: records inventories, File Plans, Records Schedules, records disposition; workflow, policies and procedures, field office inventories.


  • U.S. Department of Justice/ATF – 1 year: completed Agency assessment and inventory, prepared Records Schedule updates and created comprehensive Files Plans.


  • U.S. Department of Labor/BLS – 6th year: records inventory, File Plans, Records Schedules, records disposition; records management training; data conversion.


  • U.S. Department of State – 10 years: rewrote and integrated merging Agency Records Schedules; scanning and total records disposition, FOIA, and declassification support; records manual development and training, including overseas.


  • U.S. Department of Transportation/FRA – 3 years: inventoried records, prepared Agency for move; assisted with Vital Records, training, RM Handbook, RMA selection and roll-out of Shared Network Space, e-Records Library, etc.


  • U.S. Department of Transportation/SLSDC: Agency assessment, records inventory, File Plans, Strategic Plan to achieve Federal compliance.


  • U.S. Department of the Treasury/OTS: analysis of multi-media records, development of database, scanning, full records disposition, and operation of RMA.


  • U.S. Environmental Protection Agency – 6 years: office-wide Needs Assessment and inventories, File Plans and Records Schedule update; RM Handbook.


  • U.S. General Services Administration – 3 years: onsite scanning and digitization of records; review, culling and metadata assignments to record segments for upload into an Electronic Contract File system; records inventory and disposition; development and implementation of robust records inventory database.


  • U.S. Mint – 1 year: updated record inventories, identified Vital Records, prepared records for disposition and storage, developed 5 customized training programs.


  • U.S. Navy/OJAG: Agency assessment, records inventory, Strategic Plan, Directives, File Plans, Records Management Handbook; training; electronic record folder structure; Desk Guides.


Implementing Electronic Records Management Applications

  • Federal Trade Commission: assessed records management system solutions for enterprise-wide RMA; evaluated RMA vendors against functional requirements; set up Shared Network Space.


  • National Science Foundation: gap analysis for ERMS; evaluation and test of (RMA) solutions.


  • U.S. Access Board: established foundation for e-Records solution; assist agency in planning and implementation.


  • U.S. Department of Transportation/FRA: developed needs analysis and requirements documents, assessed Share Point, Documentum and other RMA solutions; implemented Shared Network Space.


Consulting Services

  • Defense Logistics Agency – 3 years: analyzed DLA business practices, assessed functional requirements, and provided acquisition strategy planning, including manufacturing-on-demand.


  • National Aeronautics and Space Administration – 3 years: provided consulting support related to strategic planning and performance metrics, congressional interaction, budget review, coordination of Space Flight Center operations, preparation of speeches, and public outreach programs.


  • U.S. Department of Energy – 3 years: conducted an energy usage analysis and provided outreach and strategic planning for public support of renewable energies.


  • U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs – 1 year: provided research and analysis of medical records retention requirements relative to Federal and State authorities; assessed state-of-the-art storage technology.


Administrative and Acquisition Support

  • U.S. Department of Agriculture – 8 years: for multiple offices, provided document analysis and coding, data entry, database file maintenance, report generation, travel case processing, and passport processing; processed vouchers, credit cards, and procurement requests.


  • U. S. Department of Commerce – 19 years: maintained calendars; scheduled appointments; arranged conferences/meetings; coordinated travel and time and attendance; data entry and scanning; maintained and designed file systems; provided general clerical support; performing Contract Administration.


  • Department of Veterans Affairs: Contract Closeout.


E-Learning and Training

  • For AOUSC, DOL, DOS, FRA, NIH, USAID, USDA, U.S. Access Board, U.S. Mint and U.S. Navy provided records management training from hands-on to executive oversight to remote training for field offices.


  • For VA, designed and delivered web based interactive medical and psychological presentations on Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). 35 courses over 7 years.


Database Management and Computer Systems Operation

  • U.S. Department of Commerce – 12 years: provided electronic filing support to include help desk response to industry and web-based filing procedures. Created, updated, and maintained various databases, prepared procedure manuals and performed testing of internet software.


  • U.S. Department of State – 11 years: provided database maintenance, scanning and imaging, database creation and integration, assessment of vendor products, reengineering and migration of legacy systems, and computer operation support services.
