Client - Performance Rating
BNF underwent a Past Performance Evaluation (PPE) conducted by Open Ratings on behalf of the General Services Administration, our 3rd performance review since 2002. Up to 20 current and previous clients were contacted and rated us in 9 different categories. We have earned an overall score of 91, making it the 3rd consecutive review of Outstanding.
For our records management services, our Contractor Performance Ratings (CPARS) have consistently been Exceptional, Excellent, and Very Good. In addition, make a direct contact with our clientele, many of whom are listed under our Client References section on this website.
